The color palette was predominantly dark, black tones mainly; some metallic gold and silver touches, plus a splash of color with a burgundy plaid jacket modeled by Binx Walton, very scarce actually.

Although the styling was quite industrial and gothic (even reminding me the beginnings of Ann Demeleumeester) parts as such were intricately tailored and delicate if you analyze the pieces themselves.

The juxtaposition of delicate fabrics with metallic effects and applications generated a confusing but beautiful contrast, totally unexpected.
Now the bags and shoes... those f*****ing shoes... ADORE THEM!!! Can't wait to see them worn on the streets hahahahaha. Beautiful work, grotesque and monstruous, but beautiful.

What impresses me the most about Alexander Wang is that he's a risk taker, he's not a slave of trends and codes, he designs with his guts, he experiments with color ans texture, styling, music; and follows his own beliefs, like Miuccia Prada and Azzedine Alaïa have always done.
This guy never disappoints, here's a proof of his inmense talent.
